Hi, I am the Owner and Office Manager for Elite Remediation & Services. I have been with Elite since the beginning when we started in 2012. I have a strong background in customer service. Customer service is where my passion is, and I want to ensure that every customer is treated how I would like to be treated in a time of need. While not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love watching sports and enjoy traveling when I have the time.

Hello, I am the General Manager of Elite Remediation & Services. I have been with Elite since day 1 in 2012. I have been in the carpet cleaning and restoration industry since 2008. I love spending time with family and friends. In my free time I enjoy playing soccer, skiing, and anything outdoor related. Our main goal has always been to serve our community to the best of our abilities by maintaining a higher standard of customer service. The best part of what I do, no matter how long I have been in the industry, is I am still a learner, and I am working side by side with other restorers in our market by having healthy competition. I am IICRC Certified in water damage, structural dry out, mold remediation, fire restoration, carpet cleaning, and carpet repairs.

Greetings, My name is Justin, and I am a Project Estimator for Elite Remediation & Services. I have been in and around the remediation and restoration industries for over 15 years. I have a strong background in insurance. I work with our customers and insurance companies to make sure all of the repairs and claims go smoothly for our customers. My hobbies include doing anything outdoors, watching all types of sports, and spending time with my friends and family. I look forward to working with you to help restore and repair your property.

Hello, I am the Business Development Manager for Elite Remediation & Services. I have been with Elite since 2021. I love spending time with my family and friends. I love sports and love attending concerts. I have 3 children, am engaged to a firefighter, and have three dogs who keep our household on the go. I am a hardworking, dedicated professional striving to bring the best service to my customers. My goal in my position is to bring in new jobs for our company. Customer Service is a big part of who we are, and we take pride as a company working side by side with the owner. I wake up every day with the mentality to listen, learn and achieve new goals.

Hello, I am a Business Development Representative for Elite Remediation & Services. I initially started my journey with Elite Remediation & Services as a Technician in 2024. I have a strong background in customer service and property management. I always want to ensure that all our customers are treated with the utmost respect and with quality service. While not working, I love spending time with my wife, son, dog, and friends. I am also an avid sports fan, and you can catch me out on the golf course enjoying the fresh air.

I’m an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in project management, multi-unit housing, carpentry and with a specialty of the restoration of historic homes with over 20 years of experience. Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors, hunting, and spending time with my family. My favorite part about what I do is seeing our valued customers’ homes and businesses restored back to their original state. I’m IICRC Certified in water damage and structural dry out.
